Studio Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a hardworking Studio Sales Assistant to work independently based out of Studio Franchi in Chelsea, London. The job is a full-time position with no limits to the uppermost working hours. Normal working hours will be 42.50 hours weekly including an hour lunch.
The successful job applicant will be committed to delivering excellent levels of customer service, have good communication skills, have high attention to detail and organisation, have the ability to work both independently and within a team and be reliable and punctual.
We are looking for candidates that are self-motivated with a positive attitude and looking to grow their skill set within the company. The position will require being on your feet for long periods, manual dexterity and the ability to travel to our Studio Franchi location at 1 Design Centre North, 1, Harbour Avenue, London SW10 0HG.
Key Competencies
·       Excellent presentation and communication skills
·       Excellent sales skills with drive to achieve targets
·       Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
·       Good level of basic mathematical understanding
·       Computer literacy
·       Relationships with high net worth clients and/or designers, architects considered an asset
·       Good technical skills, with building materials background (preferred but not essential)
Required Education/Certifications
·       Minimum GCSE/”O” Level Maths and English
·       GAI Diploma (preferred but not essential)
Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
·       First point of contact for visitors, phone calls and emails to the studio
·       Actively promote company benefits and product portfolio
·       Create new opportunities through engagement with clients, designers and architects
·       Convert opportunities to specifications to sales
·       Deliver sufficient levels of orders to meet the defined sales and profitability targets
·       Support line manager in studio duties
·       Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
·       Capture and develop sales leads
·       Influence hardware specifications using the Franchi product portfolio
·       Take responsibility for tracking leads along the project lifecycle through to negotiation and procurement
·       Keep company CRM (Salesforce) software updated with all activities
·       Responsibility for the keeping high standards within studio ensuring a tidy, pleasant and welcoming environment
·       Administrative duties including order processing and issuing quotations
·       Maintain and add to professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops and reviewing professional publications
·       Assist with marketing initiatives
·       Attend exhibitions when required
·       To assist with maintaining the company’s policy on quality
·       To work in a safe and efficient manner with minimum supervision but to refer to a Manager or Director when their assistance or guidance will promote improved customer service
·       To be respectful of your working environment and the tools provided by the company to perform your duties
